摘要 以某变电站110kV绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)内部放电故障为例,通过查询保护动作信息、现场检查及试验分析及返厂解体检查,确定了故障点和故障类型,得出刀闸动触头固定转动轴的相间绝缘子质量缺陷是故障发生的主要原因。针对此类故障从设备运输、安装、试验以及运维等方面提出相应的预防措施,以防止同类型刀闸气室故障再次发生。 This paper took the internal discharge fault of a 110 kV GIS device in certain station as an example to confirm the fault point and its type by querying the protection action information,on-site inspection and test analysis,and returning to the factory for disassembly inspection.It is concluded that the main cause of the failure is the interphase insulator quality defect of the fixed rotating shaft of the isolation switch moving contact.The corresponding preventive measures are proposed for such faults from the respects of equipment transportation,installation,tests,operation and maintenance to prevent similar disconnecting link gas chamber failures from happening again.
