摘要
跨境物流成本高、周期长、效率低下等问题严重影响了跨境电商的发展,尤其是跨境电商零售出口业。海外仓的投入使用将会减少跨境物流环节,提高物流效率,有效改善当前跨境物流问题。但是,中小型跨境电商企业在使用海外仓过程中却遇到了诸多问题:如海外仓使用成本高昂、运营水平和技术水平较低、库存难以控制以及中小企业跨境零售出口量小、订单分散、库存滞销等。针对这些问题,本文提出了政府与第三方跨境电商平台共建中小企业公共仓,组建海外仓联盟,调整出口产品、平台和国家(地区)以及线上线下拓宽销售渠道等对策。
High cost,long cycle and low efficiency of cross-border logistics have seriously affected the development of cross-border electronic commerce,especially the retail export industry of cross-border e-commerce.Using oversea location can reduce cross-border logistics links,increase logistics efficiency and resolve cross-border logistics problems.However,small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises encounter many issues during using oversea location,for example,high cost of using oversea location,low level of operation and technology of oversea location,uncontrollability of inventory,small export volume and unsalable stock.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as oversea location co-construction by government and the third-party cross-border e-commerce platform,small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises alliance of oversea location,adjustment of products,platforms and countries for export,and expansion of distribution channel.
