摘要
镧系元素发光生物探针在过去的几十年中为生物医学领域做出了巨大的贡献,主要是因为稀土发光材料具有明显的优点,例如光化学性质稳定、几乎无光漂白现象、荧光信噪比较高、其激发光位于生物窗口区、有良好的穿透性、不伤害生物体、具有高的灵敏度等。正因为稀土发光材料在生物传感方面有着其他生物探针所没有的优势,使得它们为生物学家和医生工具箱添加了宝贵的技术手段。稀土材料的光学成像是满足现代生物分析和生物成像所需的各种技术的重要组成部分,所以其在生物荧光成像和医学诊断治疗领域展现了广阔的应用前景。本文对稀土材料的国内外研究现状和进展进行了综合分析和归纳整理。
Lanthanide luminescent bioprobes have made great contributions to the biomedical field in the past few decades because lanthanide luminescent materials have significant advantages, such as photochemical stability, almost no photobleaching, and fluorescence signal to noise comparison. Moreover, the lanthanide luminescent materials have good penetrability, do not harm the organism, have high sensitivity and their excitation light is in biological window area and so on. Because rare earth luminescent materials have advantages in biosensing that other biological probes do not have, they add valuable technical means to biologists and physician toolboxes. Optical imaging of rare earth materials is an important part of the various technologies required for modern bioanalysis and bioimaging, so it has broad application prospects in biofluorescence imaging and medical diagnostics. In this paper, the research status and research progress of rare earth materials at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed and summarized.
