摘要
目的了解某高校医学硕士研究生对医学研究设计基本方法的认知情况,为优化《医学研究设计》教学内容,提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对某高校医学硕士研究生关于医学研究设计基本方法的认知情况进行调查。结果共调查硕士研究生226名,学生"熟悉"的医学研究设计基本方法占比排在前5位的是:"随机抽样"(23.5%),"随机分组"(21.7%),"病例对照设计"(20.8%),"现况调查设计"(18.1%)和"队列研究设计"(15.9%);学生"不知道"的研究设计基本方法占比排在前3位的是:"量表的设计"(43.4%),"诊断试验设计"(37.2%)和"实验设计样本量估算方法"(34.1%);不同专业和年级硕士研究生对研究设计基本方法的掌握情况有所不同。结论该校医学硕士研究生医学研究设计基本方法的知识储备非常薄弱,应单独开设针对硕士研究生的《医学研究设计》课程,或在《医学统计学》课程中增加医学研究设计方法的相关教学内容。
Objective To understand the cognition of the basic methods of medical research design among the medical graduate students in a university,and to provide references for optimizing the teaching contents and improving the teaching quality of Medical Research Design.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of the basic methods of medical research design among medical graduate students in a university.Results A total of 226 graduate students were surveyed.The basic methods of medical research design in the top five that students are familiar with were “random sampling”(23.5%),“random allocation”(21.7%),“case-control design”(20.8%),“cross-sectional design”(18.1%) and “cohort study design”(15.9%),respectively;and the unknown research design methods in the top three were:“design of the scale”(43.4%)“diagnostic test design”(37.2%) and “sample calculation of experimental dcesign method”(34.1%);The mastering of the basic methods of research design is different among graduate students of different majors and grades.Conclusion The knowledge reserve of the basic methods of medical research design for graduate students in this school is very weak,so we should set up separately a course “Medical Research Design” for graduate students.Or in the course of medical statistics to add teaching content on research design.
