摘要
凝液稳定处理对于环境保护和能源回收的有效利用都具有极其重要的意义,针对某海外项目中凝液稳定处理装置在天然气处理厂及原油处理生产中的应用,对该工艺进行分析探讨,讨论其设置的3种工作模式,研究其所采用的自动控制方案,特别是对凝液分离器压力控制、稳定塔塔顶压力控制及回流稳定控制方案进行深入分析,解决实际工艺问题,为今后进行此类工程设计提供参考。
Stable condensate treatment for the effective use of environmental protection and energy recovery has extremely important significance,for the application of a condensate stabilization unit in the natural gas treatment and crude oil processing plant in an overseas project,the process is analyzed,three working modes are discussed,and its automatic control scheme is studied, especially for the pressure control of the condensate separator,the stable tower top pressure control and flow stability control scheme analysis,solve the problem of actual process,provide reference for this kind of engineering design in the future.
