摘要
本文通过对丙烯透平压缩机组控制系统深入研究,采用真实测试喘振线、解耦控制、基于无关坐标系算法的归一化压缩机防喘振控制,明显改善了运行性能曲线,达到了能效节约,手动变为自动、机组转速平稳运行的效果。
Through in-depth research on the control system of propylene turbine compressor unit,this paper adopted the true test surge line,decoupling control and the normalized compressor anti-surge control based on the independent coordinate system algorithm,which significantly improved the operating performance curve and achieved the effect of energy saving,manual to automatic, and stable running of the unit speed.
