摘要
目的为医院筹建静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)及运行提供参考。方法查阅相关资料,以湖南省妇幼保健院PIVAS为例,对PIVAS成立过程中的几个关键问题进行讨论与分析。结果提出PIVAS筹建的总体思路及应注意的问题。结论应结合医院实际情况设计合理的容量,并解决PVIAS成立中的硬件条件、组织架构、操作规程,做好质量控制。
Objective To provide reference for the establishment and operation of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS).Methods The several key issues in the course of the establishment of PIVAS were discussed and analyzed by referring to relevant information and taking the PIVAS of Hunan Maternal and Child healthcare hospital as an example.Results It's suggested to put forward the general train of thought for PIVAS and the problems to be emphasized.Conclusion Reasonable capacity should be designed according to the actual situation of our hospital,and the hardware conditions,organizational structure,operation procedures should be improved for effective quality control in the establishment of PVIAS.
