摘要
目的探讨系统护理对肠梗阻患者心理负担的影响。方法对医院2017年8月至2018年8月收治的80例肠梗阻患者实施系统护理,对比护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化。结果与护理前相比,肠梗阻患者护理后的SAS和SDS评分均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论对肠梗阻患者实施系统护理能明显改善心理压力,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing on psychological burden of patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods Totally 80 patients with intestinal obstruction were given systematic nursing from August 2017 to August 2018.The changes of SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing were compared.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in patients with intestinal obstruction after nursing decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing for patients with intestinal obstruction can significantly improve psychological pressure and alleviate anxiety and depression.
