摘要
目的探讨依那普利联合益水生新饮对高血压肾损害患者肾功能的影响。方法选择医院2017年5月至2018年2月收治的高血压肾损害患者50例,按临床治疗方法的不同,随机分为对照组(依那普利片治疗)和观察组(依那普利片+益水生新饮治疗),各25例,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效及肾功能变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为84.00%,明显高于对照组的56.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血肌酐、尿素氮、αl微球蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合益水生新饮治疗高血压肾损害,能有效改善患者的肾功能,提升临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril combined with Yishui Shengxinyin on renal function in patients with hypertensive renal damage.Methods Totally 50 patients with hypertensive renal damage admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(Enalapril Tablets) and the observation group(Enalapril Tablets + Yishui Shengxinyin),25 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and renal function changes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 84.00%,which was significantly higher than 56.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and αl microglobulin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril combined with Yishui Shengxinyin can effectively improve the renal function and clinical efficacy of patients with hypertensive renal damage.
