摘要
目的观察二参三草汤治疗萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年8月1日至2018年8月1日收治的萎缩性胃炎患者60例,给予二参三草汤治疗。结果总有效率为96.67%,不良反应发生率为13.33%,其中恶心2例,乏力3例,嗜睡3例。结论二参三草汤治疗萎缩性胃炎效果显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ershen Sancao Decoction in the treatment of atrophic gastritis. Methods Totally 60 patients with atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from August 1,2017 to August 1,2018 were selected and treated with Ershen Sancao Decoction.Results The total effective rate was 96.67%.The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%.There were 2 cases of nausea,3 cases of fatigue and 3 cases of sleepiness.Conclusion Ershen Sancao Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of atrophic gastritis.
