摘要
为明确外源SATI基因导入对海岛棉农艺性状的影响,以棉花吐絮期的株高、始节高、始节数、果枝数、有效果枝数、铃数和有效铃数等农艺性状及棉花收获期的皮棉检测结果为依据,对6个(K2-ZKY2、K2-ZKY4、K2-ZKY7、C6-ZKY2、C6-ZKY8、C6-ZKY106)转SATI基因海岛棉品系的农艺性状、产量性状和纤维品质性状进行比较分析。结果表明,采用PCR及Southern blot方法验证SATI基因已经导入海岛棉中。SATI基因的导入对6个海岛棉品系的农艺及产量性状产生了不同程度的影响。与受体海岛棉相比,外源SATI基因的导入对不同海岛棉品系的影响不同,K222转SATI基因品系的3个表型性状(产量性状、农艺性状、纤维性状)与受体之间无显著差异,C6015转基因品系的表型性状与受体之间都有显著差异(P<0.05)。
To study the effect of exogenous SATI gene on the agronomic traits of Gossypium barbadense L.Based on the agronomical traits such as plant height,number of initial nodes,number of fruit branches,number of effective branches,number of bolls and number of effective bolls in cotton floatation stage,and lint test results of cotton harvest period,the agronomic traits,yield traits and fiber quality traits of six SATI transgenic island cotton lines (K2-ZKY2,K2-ZKY4,K2-ZKY7,C6-ZKY2,C6-ZKY8 and C6-ZKY106) were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the SATI gene was transferred into the island cotton by using PCR and southern blot method to verify whether SATI gene had been introduced into island cotton.The introduction of SATI gene had varying degrees of effects on agronomic traits and yield traits of six island cotton lines.Compared with the parent island cotton,the effect of exogenous SATI gene introduction on different island cotton lines was different.There was no significant difference in the three phenotypic traits (yield traits,agronomic traits,fiber traits) between K222 transgenic SATI lines and the control,but there were significant differences in the phenotypic traits between the C6015 transgenic lines and the control (P<0.05).
