摘要
校地合作办学是地方应用型本科院校进行人才培养模式改革的重要举措,也是实现产、学、研互动的载体。当前,地方应用型本科院校在推进校地合作办学的过程中还存在一些问题,主要表现为:校地互动不够深入,合作流于表面;学科定位和课程设置与人才培养的目标契合度不够;师资队伍结构不合理。丽水学院中国青瓷学院依托丽水当地丰富的青瓷文化资源,在校地合作办学的过程中,推动高校和地方互动的深入,在课程设置、学科定位以及师资队伍的建设上都实现了与地方企业、中职院校、产业园等的深层次合作,真正将人才培养的重点集中到应用型技术技能人才的培养上。这些办学实践能够为其他院校提供一定的借鉴经验。
Collaborating with local cities in offering education is an important measure for local application-oriented universities in their effort to reform talent cultivation schemes.The collaboration also serves as a platform for teaching,research and production interaction between universities and cities.However,problems exist in the collaboration in question.They mainly include:the interaction is not profound enough;the subject orientation and curriculum structure does not match well enough with the objectives of talent cultivation;the team of academic staff lacks an appropriate structure.Based on the rich celadon cultural resources,the celadon program of Lishui University interacts strongly with the local place in education process,has achieved in-depth cooperation with local enterprises,vocational schools,and industrial park in various aspects including constructing its orientation,curriculum structure and academic staff.As a result,cultivating application-oriented skilled talents has become its real focus.The schemes can,hopefully,offer some experience to be drawn on by other universities.
