摘要
目的通过测量非综合征性唇腭裂患儿和正常儿童外周血血浆中外泌体浓度,探讨其与唇腭裂发生之间的关系。方法 收集8例非综合征性唇腭裂患儿以及性别年龄与之相匹配的8例健康志愿者的外周血 10 mL ,分离血浆后对血浆中的外泌体进行分离鉴定和测量分析,研究非综合征性唇腭裂患者血浆中外泌体浓度的变化情况。结果 16例血浆样本中均成功分离出外泌体。非综合征性唇腭裂患儿与正常儿童血浆中外泌体浓度比较差异无显著性( P >0.05)。结论 血浆中外泌体浓度与非综合征性唇腭裂的发生无明显关系,今后应扩大样本量进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of exosomes in plasma and the occurrence of cleft lip and palate by measuring the concentrations of exosomes in peripheral blood plasma in children with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate and normal children. Methods Peripheral blood (10 mL) was collected from 8 children with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate and 8 healthy volunteers matched for sex and age. After the plasma was separated, exosomes in the plasma were isolated and identified, and the concentrations of exosomes were measured and analyzed to study the changes in exosome concentrations in the plasmas of patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate. Results The exosomes were successfully isolated from 16 plasma samples. There was no significant difference in plasma exosome concentration between children with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate and normal children ( P >0.05). Conclusion There is no significant relationship between plasma exosome concentration and the occurrence of non-syndromic cleft lip and palate. In the future, the sample size should be increased for further study.
