摘要
目的分析肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法研究时段自2016年8月至2018年8月,选定本院收治的肱骨近端骨折110例,以随机化原则分组,分对照组(55例,采纳保守治疗)、研究组(55例,采纳肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗),比较Neer评分、临床疗效、骨折愈合时间。结果研究组临床优良率(94.55%)显著较对照组(72.73%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后Neer评分显著较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨折愈合时间显著较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗可显著改善肱骨近端骨折患者肩关节功能,促进骨折愈合,缩短治疗时间,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of proximal humeral locking plate in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018, 110 cases of proximal humeral fractures were selected and randomly divided into control group (55 cases) and study group (55 cases). Neer score, clinical efficacy and fracture healing time were compared. Results The clinical excellent and good rate in the study group (94.55%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.73%)(P<0.05). Study group therapy The Neer score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The fracture healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of proximal humerus locking plate can significantly improve the function of shoulder joint, promote fracture healing and shorten the time of treatment in patients with proximal humerus fracture.
