摘要
目的对比奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗胃炎胃溃疡的疗效。方法将本院患者随机分为3组,A组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗、B组给予兰索拉唑治疗、C组给予泮托拉唑治疗。结果A组患者不良反应发生率为5.56%,与B组及C组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者腹痛缓解时间(1.15±0.13)d,与A组及C组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组患者腹胀缓解时间(2.89±0.50)d,与A组及B组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组厌食、反酸症状缓解时间、治疗前后的IL-8与TNF-α指标、有效率及生活质量对比,差异无统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑和泮托拉唑治疗胃炎胃溃疡,疗效类似。奥美拉唑安全性强、兰索拉唑缓解腹痛效果好、泮托拉唑缓解腹胀效果好。临床可根据患者的病情,对上述药物进行选择,为患者预后的改善奠定基础。
Objective To compare the efficacy of omeprazole, lansoprazole and pantoprazole in the treatment of gastritis gastric ulcer. Methods The patients in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups: group A received omeprazole, group B received lansoprazole and group C received pantoprazole. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 5.56%, which was significantly different from that in group B and group C (P<0.05). The time of abdominalgia relief in group A was (1.15±0.13) d, which was significantly higher than that in group B and C (P<0.05). The time of abdominal distension relief in. C group was (2.89±0.50) d compared with that in group A and C (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in anorexia, reflux symptoms, IL-8 and TNF-α, effective rate and quality of life between the three groups before and after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups in anorexia and acid reflux symptoms, as well as in the effective rate and the quality of life (QOL) before and after treatment. Conclusion Omeprazole, lansoprazole and pantoprazole have similar therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer of gastritis. Omeprazole is safe, lansoprazole relieves abdominal pain and pantoprazole relieves abdominal distension. The above drugs can be selected according to the patient's condition, which lays the foundation for the improvement of the patient's prognosis.
