摘要
目的探讨儿童躯体虐待的家庭危险因素,及与儿童心理虐待之间的关联。方法选取542名初中生进行一般社会资料问卷、儿童虐待史问卷(CECA.Q)和儿童心理虐待与忽视量表调查,对结果进行分析。结果542名青少年参加了调查,有效应答率为91.88%,498名青少年回应,55.02%有童年躯体虐待;56%的施虐人是亲生母亲,38.5%是亲生父亲;男生躯体虐待率高于女生(P<0.05)。家庭收入、家庭结构和父母工作与躯体虐待的发生率无关联(P>0.05);责备和干涉与躯体虐待有关联(P<0.05);躯体虐待的心理创伤影响程度与心理虐待的责备因子和威胁因子有关联(P<0.05)。结论躯体虐待受虐者男生多于女生,亲生母亲作为主要施虐人。有躯体虐待的儿童同时受到心理虐待如责备、威胁和干涉风险更高。
Objective To explore the family risk factors for childhood physical abuse, and the association between childhood physical abuse and childhood psychological abuse. Methods A total of 542 junior middle school students were selected and assessed with general information questionnaire, Questionnaire Version of the Childhood Experience of Care and Abuse(CECA.Q), and Child Psychological Abuse and Neglect Scale. Results,Among all the 542 students investigated, 91.88% of the students(498) responded, and there were 55.02% of the students reporting childhood physical abuse. 56% of the abusers were biological mothers and 38.5% were biological fathers. The rate of physical abuse in boys was significantly higher than that in girls( P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between family income, family structure, parental work and the incidence of physical abuse respectively( P >0.05). Blame and interference were correlated with physical abuse( P <0.05);and the degree of psychological trauma affected by physical abuse was associated with blame and threat of psychological abuse( P < 0.05). ConclusionPhysical abuse occurs more frequently in boys than in girls with biological mother as the main abuser. Children having been physically abused are psychologically abused simultaneously with higher risk of blame, threat and interference.
