摘要
目的探讨在医院体检护理工作中融入人文关怀的效果。方法医院体检中心自2018年2月起对体检者实施人文护理关怀。选取体检中心2017年12月—2018年3月的体检者400例,根据体检时间分为实施前(2017年12月—2018年1月,n=200)及实施后(2018年2月—3月,n=200)。评价实施前后体检效率、不良事件及护理满意度。结果实施后体检总时间短于实施前(P<0.01),体检效率评分、体检可信度评分高于实施前(P<0.01)。实施后低血糖、跌倒等发生率低于实施前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施后体检流程通畅度、环境舒适度、人文关怀、信息需求、个人隐私保密度等满意度评分高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论人文护理关怀能有效提高体检中心护理质量,缩短体检时间,提高体检者满意度。
Objective To discuss the application value of humanistic care in nursing management of people undergoing the physical examination. Methods The humanistic nursing care had been carried out for people undergoing the physical examination since February 2018. According to the sequence of examination, 200 examinees were included before the implementation of humanistic nursing care (December, 2017 -January, 2018), and another 200 examinees were included after the humanistic nursing care (February, 2018- March 2018). The efficacy of physical examination, adverse events and satisfactory degree of patients with nursing service were evaluated. Results The total length of physical examination was shortened by implementation of humanistic nursing care( P <0.01). Scores of physical examination efficacy and credibility were increased after the implementation of humanistic nursing care ( P <0.01). There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse events such as hypoglycemia or hospital falls before and after implementation of humanistic nursing care ( P >0.05). In term of satisfaction assessment, scores of physical examination fluency, environmental amenity, humanistic nursing, information requirements and personal privacy were higher after implementation than those before implementation( P <0.01). Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of nursing, shorten the time of physical examination, and improve the satisfaction of physical examinees.
