摘要
目的探讨脑梗死后抑郁患者行中医情志护理的临床价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年8月本院收治的脑梗死后抑郁症患者88例,按照随机、对照原则将其分为观察组(常规护理联合中医情志护理)和对照组(常规护理),对患者护理前后抑郁程度、生活质量评分变化情况进行评估分析。结果观察组患者护理后SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P <0. 05);观察组患者在护理1个月时其物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P <0. 05)。结论脑梗死后抑郁症患者实施中医情志护理,可有效降低患者抑郁程度,保证康复治疗的顺利实施,对于改善患者预后,提高其生活质量具有十分积极的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of TCM nursing care for patients with post-cerebral infarction depression.Methods Eighty-eight patients with post-cerebral infarction depression were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group(conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional care)and control group(conventional nursing).The changes in the degree of depression and quality of life scores before and after patient care was evaluated.Results The SDS scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The material life,physical function,social function and mental function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group within 1 month,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM emotional care for patients with post-cerebral infarction depression can effectively reduce the degree of depression and ensure the smooth implementation of rehabilitation therapy,which has a very positive effect on improving the prognosis of patients and the quality of life.
