摘要
目的观察参苓白术散加减治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选择240例接受分泌性中耳炎治疗患儿,纳入时间为2015年5月—2017年5月,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,每组均120例。其中对照组采用常规西医治疗,试验组行参苓白术散加减治疗,对比2组患儿治疗后免疫功能指标、气导纯音听阈、临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,试验组CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK较低,试验组500 Hz、1000 Hz、2000 Hz、4000 Hz气导纯音听阈均较低,试验组临床治疗总有效率(95. 83%)与对照组(85. 83%)相比较高,组间可见明显差异(P <0. 05)。结论分泌性中耳炎患儿予以参苓白术散加减治疗的效果显著,可改善患儿中耳炎症状,应予以临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.Methods A total of 240 patients with otitis media with effusion were enrolled in our hospital.The enrollment time was from May 2015 to May2017.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder.The immune function indicators,air-guided pure tone threshold and clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,and NK.The audio-visual thresholds of500 Hz,1000 Hz,2000 Hz,and 4000 Hz in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The total effect rate of the experimental group(95.83%)was lower than that of the control group(85.83%),and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children has significant effect.It can improve the symptoms of middle ear symptoms in children and should be promoted clinically.
