摘要
为了建立生活饮用水中总大肠菌群测定结果的不确定度评定方法,依据JJF 1059.1.2012 《测定不确定度评定与表示》和SN/T4091-2015《食品微生物学测量不确定度评估指南》。对能力验证样品生活饮用水中的总大肠菌群测定结果做了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度评估。结果表明,检验过程中,不确定度来源的主要因素所占分量由大到小排序为:发酵阳性管比例>样品制备>加样>样品稀释>环境温度。检验结果的扩展不确定度为418MPN/100 mL,取值区间为85729408MPN/100mL,包含因子k=2。此方法适用于类似条件下总大肠菌群测定不确定度的评定。
This paper established the uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of total coliform flora in drinking water based on JJF 1059.1.2012 "Evaluation and presentation of uncertainty measurement" and SN/T4091-2015 "Guide to the evaluation of uncertainty in food microbiology measurement". The determination results of total coliform flora in domestic drinking water were evaluated for synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty. The results showed that during the test process,the weight of main factors of the source of uncertainty from large to small are as follow :the proportion of fermentative positive tubes > sample preparation > sample dilution > sample dilution >ambient temperature. The extended uncertainty of the test result is 418 MPN/100 mL,and the value range is 8572-9408 MPN/100 mL,including the factor K = 2. This method is suitable for evaluating the uncertainty of total coliform under similar conditions.
