摘要 目的:研究不同干燥方式对太子参药材品质的影响,为制定太子参产地加工规范提供依据。方法:采用阴干、晒干、微波真空干燥、远红外干燥、50℃热风干燥、60℃热风干燥等13种方式对太子参新鲜块根进行干燥,测定不同干燥方式太子参药材的水分、粗多糖、总皂苷、太子参环肽B及浸出物含量,并应用层次分析对数据进行综合评价。结果:阴干及热风干燥的粗多糖含量较高,蒸制后干燥、微波处理的总皂苷含量较高,阴干、蒸制后干燥及微波处理的太子参环肽B含量较高,蒸制后干燥的浸出物含量较高;微波干燥的效率最高,但品相较差;阴干的质量综合评分最高,但水分最多,干燥速率最低;80℃热风干燥的药材水分最少,但生产成本较高。结论:综合药材生产成本、操作方便性、干燥效率、药材性状及品质,建议采收期降雨量大、空气湿度高的地区,太子参产地干燥以60℃热风干燥为宜;采收期降雨量小、空气湿度低的地区,太子参产地干燥以晒干为宜。 Objective:To study the effect of different drying methods on the quality of Pseudostellariae Radix,in order to provide reference for establishing the processing technical specification of Pseudostellariae Radix.Methods:Thirteen kinds of drying methods,including drying in the shade,sun,microwave vacuum drying,far infrared drying,hot air drying at 50,60 ℃ and other drying methods were used to dry fresh Pseudostellariae Radix.Determination of the moisture,the morphological character,the contents of crude polysaccharide,total saponins,heterophyllin B,and extractives of Pseudostellariae Radix in different drying methods were carried out,and then the data were comprehensively evaluated by analytic hierarchy process.Results:The contents of crude polysaccharide by drying in the shade and hot air were higher;the contents of total saponins by drying after steaming,microwave treatment were higher;the contents of heterophyllin B by drying in the shade and drying after steaming were higher;the content of extractives by drying after steaming was higher.The drying rate of microwave vacuum drying was the highest,but the product phase was poor;the comprehensive score of drying in the shade was the highest,but the Pseudostellariae Radix′s moisture was the most,the drying rate was the lowest;the Pseudostellariae Radix′s moisture of hot air drying at 80 ℃was the lowest,but it got a higher production costs.Hot air drying at 80 ℃ is the best choice for drying fresh Pseudostellariae Radix based on the consideration of Pseudostellariae Radix moisture drying rate,quality,and stability.Conclusion:By comprehensive considerating the production cost,operation convenience,drying efficiency,medicinal properties and quality,it is advisable to dry the Pseudostellariae Radix in production areas with high rainfall and high air humidity during the harvesting period at 60 ℃.It is advisable to dry the Pseudostellariae Radix in production areas where are little rainfall and low air humidity during the harvest period.
