摘要
目的探讨疏风解毒胶囊对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者经鼻正压通气(nCPAP)治疗依从性的影响。方法选取36例中重度OSAHS且应用nCPAP治疗的成人患者,同时给予疏风解毒胶囊正规治疗1个月,比较患者接受疏风解毒胶囊治疗前后,患者nCPAP的95%有效使用压力值,每晚nCPAP使用时间,以及白天嗜睡程度(ESS)。结果OSAHS中、重度患者经疏风解毒胶囊治疗后,患者使用nCPAP的95%有效压力值,由(10.82±3.29)cmH2O降至治疗后的(6.75±3.36)cmH2O(P<0.05),每晚使用时间由(3.67±1.85)h增加至(5.96±2.25)h(P<0.05),嗜睡程度ESS评分由(18.75±2.62)分降至(14.76±1.83)分(P<0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊能够降低OSAHS患者使用nCPAP的有效压力值,增加其使用时间,改善其白天嗜睡程度,能够提高患者对nCPAP治疗的依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the compliance of nasal positive pressure ventilation(nCPAP)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Thirty-six patients with moderate-to-severe OSAHS who were treated with nCPAP were treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule for 1 month.Before and after treatment with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule,the pressure values of 95%on effective use of nCPAP,the time of nCPAP use per night and the degree of daytime sleepiness(ESS)were compared.Results After the treatment of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule,the pressure values of 95%on effective use of nCPAP was reduced from(10.82±3.29)cm H 2O to(6.75±3.36)cm H 2O(P<0.05),the time of nCPAP use per night was increased form(3.67±1.85)h to(5.96±2.25)h(P<0.05)and the ESS score of lethargy decreased from(18.75±2.62)to(14.76±1.83)(P<0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can reduce the effective pressure value of nCPAP in OSAHS patients,increase the time of nCPAP use per night,improve the degree of daytime sleepiness and the compliance of patients with nCPAP treatment.
