摘要
青秀区农村科技信息综合服务平台是广西农村信息化平台建设在县域尺度上应用的典范。平台采用通用的工作流和个性化组件开发模式,通过完善青秀区、乡(镇)、村、户(企业)4级应用节点建设,开发了特色农业信息资源,集成资讯、电子商务、远程培训、远程诊断等服务功能,建立了基于网络、手机、电视终端的应用服务,解决了青秀区所辖乡镇、涉农企业、种养大户、家庭农场主、农户等获取农业科技信息渠道单一、资源分散、信息可用度差等问题。平台的建立与应用为广西县域农村信息化平台建设提供了宝贵的经验与借鉴。
The integrated service platform of rural science and technology information in Qingxiu district is a typical model of the application of Guangxi rural informatization platform in county scale.The platform adopted the general workflow and personalization component development mode.And by improving the construction of 4 levels of application nodes in Qingxiu district,township(town),village and household(enterprise),the characteristic agricultural information resources,integrating information,e-commerce,remote training,remote diagnosis and other service functions were developed,and the application service based on the network,the handset,the television terminal was established,which solved the problems including single access to agricultural science and technology information channels,scattered resources and poor information availability for the township,agriculture-related enterprises,large planting and breeding households,family farmers and farmers under the jurisdiction and so on.The establishment and application of the platform provided valuable experience and reference for the rural informatization platform construction in the county of Guangxi.
