摘要
以欧美亚橡胶有限公司ET15膜式空气弹簧为研究对象,搭建空气弹簧静特性试验测试系统,设计了空气弹簧静特性实验方案。通过试验得到空气弹簧位移与弹簧出力曲线关系,根据标准中的定义计算弹簧位移与静刚度、弹簧位移与有效面积的曲线关系。试验结果表明:等温等压试验与断开气源试验有很大不同。
Taking the EAA RUBBER IND ET15 diaphragm air spring as the research object,the experimental system for static characteristic of diaphragm air spring was built and the experimental scheme for static characteristic of diaphragm air spring was designed.The relationship between the displacement of air spring and the force of air spring were obtained by experiments.The relationship curves of spring displacement-static stiffness,spring displacement-effective area were calculated based on the definitions of National Standards.The experimental results show that the isothermal isobaric experiment is quite different from the close gas source experiment.
