摘要
在21世纪的今天,我国的广播电视事业发展推动了国人知识的积累和生活方式的转变。广播电视事业要发展得更加壮大,就需要媒体界持续、良好地发展,其中包括对人才的管理。当前,我国广播电视行业并没有合理、有效地落实专业人才管理和激励机制,相应的广播电视行业无法充分发挥人才的力量来促进行业良好发展,这是我国广播电视行业的一大损失。广播电视编导专业在学习和执教的过程中会遇到很多的问题,文章就遇到的问题研究出解决的方式和对策。
In the 21st century, the development of radio and television in China has promoted the accumulation of knowledge and the transformation of life style. To grow stronger, radio and television will require sustained and sound development in the media, including talent management. At present, China’s radio and television industry does not have a reasonable and effective implementation of the professional talent management and incentive mechanism, the corresponding radio and television industry cannot give full play to the strength of talent to promote the good development of the industry. This is a great loss for the radio and television industry in our country. There will be a lot of problems in the course of learning and teaching for the major of radio and television, and the article is concerned with the problems encountered in the course of study and teaching, this article studies the ways and countermeasures to solve the problems encountered.
