摘要
文章运用citespace和Nvivo两种分析软件,对1998—2017年的4239篇CSSCI期刊论文进行了量化和质化分析。结果发现:我国廉政理论研究近二十年来取得了丰硕成果,在数量上表现为高质量研究成果的快速增长,且越来越倾向于团队合作;在知识脉络上表现为以经济学知识为基础,政治学、管理学等多学科知识的交叉、融合与创新;在内容上表现为聚焦反腐败的核心主题,围绕公权力和制度建设展开治理对策研究。在新时代,我国廉政理论研究应以公共管理学科定位为基点,立足全面从严治党,聚焦廉洁和反腐败两个核心议题,突破西方理论框架的约束,建构不同领域、不同部门、不同层级政府的实施方案,全面推进廉洁政府建设。
This paper uses Citespace and Nvivo, ie, two analysis softwares to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze 4239 CSSCI journal articles published from 1998 to 2017. The findings show that in the past two decades, the research on the theory of integrity government in our China has yielded fruitful results. In terms of quantity, it has represented a rapid increase in high-quality research results. In the context of knowledge, it shows the intersection, integration, and innovation of multidisciplinary knowledge that is based on the knowledge of economics combined with political science, management, and other subjects. In terms of contents, the core themes focus on anti-corruption, discussing the strategic researches on governance of public power and institution building. In the new era, the study of China’s integrity governance theory should be based on the discipline of public administration, be based on comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, focus on the two core issues of integrity and anti-corruption, break through the constraints of the western theoretical framework, study the implementable plan for the government in different fields, different sectors and at different levels, and comprehensively promote the construction of an integrity government.
