摘要
从老年人自身健康状况、养老保障制度以及子女赡养等方面出发,对中国农村老年人劳动参与的相关研究进行综述,归纳总结相关的研究思路、工具模型及研究成果.现有研究存在测度方式、样本选取和家庭影响等方面的不足.围绕农村养老保障体系的构建与完善,开展劳动参与和老人心理相结合的综合性研究,并加强家庭信息的搜集是未来研究的方向.
This paper reviews the research on the labor participation of the elderly in rural China from the aspects of the health status of the elderly,the old age security system and the support of the children,and it summarizes the relevant research ideas,tool models and research results.Existing researches have shortcomings such as measurement methods,sample selection and family influence.Focusing on the construction and improvement of rural old age security system,comprehensive research on combining labor participation and old age psychology and strengthening the collection of family information are the future research directions.
