摘要
针对现阶段医院医疗信息系统的多样性和跨平台性,结合国家卫健委关于建设医院信息平台业务的要求,提出了基于Mirth平台的医院信息系统间消息交互方案,利用Mirth平台支持多种数据格式传输、转换及数据传输通道的优势。以医院临床生殖医学管理系统接口为例,设计了基于Mirth平台的WebService接口,通过将接口功能分解为多通道,简化了接口的功能调试及实现。通过引入外部自定义jar包,采用成熟的Spring框架设计对Oracle数据库的操作及数据转换,确保了整个接口数据提取的稳定性。
Aiming at the diversity and cross platform of current hospital medical information systems and combining the requirements of building hospital information platform of National Health Commission of People s Republic of China,a message exchange scheme of hospital information systems based on Mirth connect is proposed,which takes advantages of transmission and conversion of multiple data formats and message channels design of Mirth connect.Taking the interface of clinical reproductive medicine management system in our hospital as an example,the Web Service interface based on Mirth connect is designed.By decomposing the interface requirements into multichannel,the debugging and implementation of the interface are simplified.By introducing the external self-define jar package,which uses the mature Spring framework to design the operation of Oracle database and data conversion,ensures the stability of the whole interface.
