摘要
干部教育培训是干部队伍建设的先导性、基础性、战略性工作,在建设专业化高素质干部队伍伟大工程中发挥着重要作用,加强干部教育培训是提高其综合能力的基础条件,在经济发展与社会进步的大环境下,加强干部教育培训方式方法的创新十分重要。本文分析了干部教育培训方式方法创新策略,期望为提高培训质量和效益提供参考。
Cadre education and training is the leading, basic and strategic work in the construction of cadre contingent. It plays an important role in the great project of building professional and high- quality cadre contingent. Strengthening cadre education and training is the basic condition for improving its comprehensive ability. In the environment of economic development and social progress, it is very important to strengthen the innovation of cadre education and trainingmethods. This paper analyses the innovative strategies of cadre education and training methods, hoping to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of training.
