摘要
针对"一带一路"发展下重庆邮政人才短缺的问题,提出在邮政人才传统培养模式基础上进行调整的方案。首先分析了重庆邮政人才培养的需求现状及特性;其次提出了"一带一路"倡议对重庆邮政人才的新要求;最后,结合重庆市自身特点以及当前邮政人才培养需求,提出了改进策略。
Aiming at the shortage of post personnel in Chongqing under the development of the"Belt and Road Initiative",this paper puts forward an adjustment scheme based on the traditional training mode of postal personnel.The main contents are as follows: Firstly,the demand and characteristics of Chongqing Postal personnel training are analyzed.Secondly,the new requirements of the"Belt and Road Initiative"for Chongqing Postal talents are put forward.Finally,combined with the characteristics of Chongqing and the current demand for post personnel training,the improvement strategy is put forward.
