摘要 空分装置一般情况下每两年加温复热一次,由于受到热应力及塔内沉降的影响,极易造成塔内管道、仪表管线等断裂故障,导致生产中断被迫停车扒砂检修,影响热线正常生产。通过对仪表管路加装保护机构,对管路支架、托架进行整改,冷箱阀门下限位保护焊接及整体焊接技术应用。冷箱内设备至今运行良好,其运行安全性得到了较大提高,杜绝了设备扒砂检修事故。 In general, the air separation units are heated and reheated every two years. Due to the influence of thermal stress and physical settlement in tower, the fracture of pipelines and instrumentation pipelines in the tower is easy to be caused,further leading to the production interruption and forced parking, sand cleaning and repairing, and thus affecting the normal production. Through adding the protection mechanism for the instrumentation pipelines, improving the pipe support and bracket, carrying out the protection welding at the lower limit of cold-box valve and applying the whole welding technology, the accident of equipment cleaning and repairing has been eliminated. The equipments in the cold box have been rumming well up to now, and their operation safety has keon greatsy improved.
