摘要
分析了 VCM换热流程,结合生产实际比较了串级和单回路两种不同的温度控制方案,通过对DCS程序的组态,优化了控制系统,提供了一种较为灵活的VCM换热温控解决方法,并在实际应用中取得了良好的控制效果。
Heat transfer process of VCM was analyzed, and two different temperature control schemes, cascade control, and single loop control, were compared according to the actual production. By configuring the DCS program , the control system was optimized, and a flexible solution for temperature control of VCM heat transfer was provided, and good control effect was achieved in practical application.
