摘要
武汉地铁27号线出入场线区间采用矿山法施工,隧道下穿地面居民区、学校和道路,埋深5.7~22m,岩石强度70~80MPa。在施工中,为了减小爆破法施工对地面居民区、学校教学和正常生活以及对地面建筑物保护的影响,并解决施工难题,该区间隧道引入综掘机进行施工。事实证明,采用综掘机施工不但解决了爆破法施工的技术难题,而且提高了施工效率。论文以该工程为例,对工程施工工艺、操作要点及工艺原理进行分析,并总结了工程取得的良好效果,为今后在类似条件下工程施工提供了借鉴。
The section of the entrance and exit line of Wuhan Metro Line 27 is constructed by mining method.The tunnel runs under through the ground residential area,school and road.The buried depth is 5.7~22m and the rock strength is 70~80MPa.In order to reduce the impact of blasting construction on the ground residential areas,school teaching and normal life,as well as the protection of ground buildings,and solve the construction problems,the integrated excavator is introduced into this area for construction.It has been proved that the construction eith integrated excavator not only solves the technical problem of explosive construction,but also improves the construction efficiency.Taking this project as an example,this paper analyzes the construction technology,operation key points and process principles of the project,and summarizes the good results obtained in the project,providing reference for the future construction under similar conditions.
