摘要
发动机油封是指将油液注入并充满发动机燃油系统,防止系统各部件表面产生锈蚀,传统滑油存在高温加热除水时间长、加热管周围滑油易变质等问题。本文利用和借鉴现有的成熟技术及工程经验,基于抽真空原理研制一种油封装置,经实践验证:采用抽真空技术可以降低沸点除水,缩短机务人员工作时间,解决加热管周围滑油易高温烧焦变质问题。
Engine oil seal means that oil liquid is injected and filled into the engine fuel system to prevent corrosion on the surface of various parts of the system.Traditional lubricating oil has such problems as long time for water removal by high temperature heating and easy deterioration of lubricating oil around the heating pipe.A kind of oil sealing device is developed based on the principle of vacuum pumping and existing mature technology and engineering experience.The practice results show that the vacuum pumping technology can reduce the boiling point,shorten the working time of crew,and solve the problem of scorch and metamorphism caused by high temperature of grease around heating tube.
