全身抗阻力锻炼(TRX)对军校学员运动性腰伤干预效果研究

摘要 为探讨全身抗阻力锻炼(TRX)对运动性腰伤学员的影响效果,文章作者采用准实验干预对30名运动性腰伤学员进行了为期20周的干预,最终通过对干预结果的研究论证,得出了TRX和传统组均能减缓运动性腰伤疼痛,但TRX疗效更佳的结论。
