摘要
以高锑高砷原料生产锑白,生产精炼除杂过程中会产生大量含锑砷的锑碱渣物料。通过分析锑碱渣中锑和砷的存在形式,研究液固比、反应温度、搅拌速率、反应时间四个因素对砷锑分离影响,在液固比5:1、反应温度80℃、搅拌速率250r/min、反应时间60min下,使用清水浸出锑碱渣中砷、锑,砷浸出率可以达到99%,锑富集品位为34.42%。
The bismuth white arsenic-containing strontium slag material is produced in the process of refining and removing impurities. By analyzing the existing forms of bismuth and arsenic in the slag alkali, the effects of liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature, stirring rate and reaction time on the separation of arsenic and antimony were studied. Under the liquid-solid ratio of 5:1, the reaction temperature of 80℃, the stirring rate of 250 r/min, and the reaction time of 60 min, the leaching rate of arsenic and antimony can be up to 99%,the enthalpy enrichment grade is 34.42% by using leaching of arsenic and antimony in the slag.
