摘要
目的对住院抑郁症患者联合抗精神病药物的使用情况进行分析和探讨。方法采用回顾性研究的方法调查分析了2016年1月—2018年6月在本院收治的258例抑郁症患者联合抗精神病药物使用情况。结果258例患者中,单种抗抑郁药物治疗者仅占总比的75.2%(194例),联合两种以上抗抑郁药进行治疗的患者占总比的24.8%(64例),联合抗精神病药物中50例为联合一种抗精神病药物,14例联合两种抗精神病药物,所联合药物均为非典型抗精神病药物和无典型抗精神病药物。结论在住院抑郁症患者联合抗精神病药的使用情况中,镇静作用较强的药物使用较多;抗精神病药物在住院抑郁症患者中存在过度使用的情况,需要引起关注及重视。
Objective To analyze and explore the use of antipsychotic drugs in depressive inpatients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the use of antipsychotic drugs in 258 depressive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018.Results Among the 258 patients,single antidepressant treatment accounted for only 75.2%(194 cases),combined with more than 2 antidepressants accounted for 24.8%(64 cases).Among them,50 were combined with one antipsychotic drug and 14 were combined with two antipsychotic drugs.The combined drugs were atypical antipsychotics and no typical antipsychotic drugs.Conclusion In the use of combination antipsychotics in hospitalized depressive patients,more sedative drugs are used,and antipsychotics are overused in hospitalized depressive patients,which should be paid attention to.
