摘要
针对紧凑型风冷式低温制冷机组进行散热分析,研究结构布局、压缩机冷却风机、管道及风向对系统散热的影响。仿真结果显示:相比于右吹风,后吹风在排风量方面具有明显的优势;对于紧凑型低温制冷机组,压缩机冷却风机可以有效降低压缩机表面温度;后吹风布局下,制冷系统管道和管道保温层对整体流场特征和通风量影响不明显。建立的仿真模型与实际测试结果具有较好的吻合度,能够较为准确地反映系统散热和流动特征。
The heat dissipation analysis of the compact air-cooled cryogenic refrigerating unit is carried out,and the effects of structural layout,compressor s cooling fan,piping and wind direction on the heat dissipation of the system are studied.The simulation results show that the back blow has obvious advantages in terms of exhaust air volume compared to the right blow.For the compact cryogenic refrigerating units,the compressor s cooling fan can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the compressor.In the back blow mode,the refrigeration system s piping and piping insulation layer have no significant effect on the overall flow field characteristics and ventilation.The established simulation model has a good agreement with the actual test results,and can more accurately reflect the heat dissipation and flow characteristics of the system.
