摘要
特色小镇要有鲜明的产业形态,而产业的发展需要大量资金,资本市场则是特色小镇建设和企业发展的重要融资渠道。本文从统计和描述的角度研究了位于特色小镇的企业在新三板挂牌和融资情况。首先,根据注册地址筛选出特色小镇在股转系统(新三板)的全部挂牌企业。截至2017年9月底,第一批特色小镇共计63家挂牌企业,第二批特色小镇共计91家挂牌企业。其次,统计了特色小镇名单公布之后的新增挂牌公司数量、定向增发融资金额和融资估值情况。最后,选取典型特色小镇案例进行分析,发现有产业聚集效应的特色小镇,能够形成产业和资本市场融资的良性互动。
Characteristic towns should be featured with distinctive forms of industry,which is inseparable from financial support in its development.The capital market is an important financing channel for the construction of characteristic towns and enterprise development.This paper studies the new third board listing and financing of enterprises in the characteristic town from the perspective of statistics and description.Firstly,companies listed in NEEQ(the new third board)which are registered in the characteristic town are screened out.Up to September 30th,2017,there are 63 listed companies in total in the first batch of characteristic towns,and 91 in the second batch.Secondly,new listed companies are numbered after the list of characteristic towns announced,and the amount of private placement financing and the valuation of financing are counted as well.Finally,the typical characteristic towns are selected for case study,by which we find that the small town with industrial agglomeration economy can form a benign interaction between industry and capital market financing.
