摘要
对分光光度法测定水中六价铬标准物质不确定度评定进行研究。以《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》中,对六价铬标准物质采用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法进行测量,对其中的不确定度予以评定。样品的相关系数(r)为0.99998,检查质量浓度≥0.004mg/L、方向性范围为≤0.016mg/L,对其采用分光光度法测定水中六价铬标准物质不确定度,这一样品的测定结果为0.1001mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.0016mg/L。本次测量中标准溶液和样品溶液稀释、检测样品的重复使用及标准曲线的拟合,成为测量不确定度的主要来源。
The uncertainty evaluation of spectrophotometric determination of hexavalent chromium reference material in waterwas studied.In the Metal Index of Standard Inspection Method for Drinking Water,the hexavalent chromium reference material was measured by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry,and the uncertainty was evaluated.The correlation coefficient(r)of the sample is 0.99998.The mass concentration(≥0.004 mg/L)and the orientation range(≤0.016 mg/L)are examined.The uncertainty of the determination of hexavalent chromium reference material in water by spectrophotometry is 0.1001 mg/L and the expanded uncertainty is 0.001 6 mg/L.In this measurement,dilution of standard solution and sample solution,reuse of test sample and fitting of standard curve become the main sources of measurement uncertainty.
