摘要
目的 优化乳香-没药配伍药对中萜类成分的提取工艺。方法 采用UPLC-TQ/MS联用技术,建立同时测定乳香、没药中10种萜类成分的定量方法;基于单因素试验考察提取方法、乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数的结果,设计正交实验优选乳香-没药药对中萜类成分的提取工艺参数。结果 乳香-没药配伍药对中萜类成分的最佳提取工艺参数为:95%乙醇回流提取,料液比1∶12,提取2次,每次提取时间2 h。在该条件下,总萜类成分百分含量为10.44%。结论 采用正交试验优化的提取工艺稳定可行,操作性强,可为乳香-没药配伍药对中萜类成分的提取制备提供参考,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据与参考。
OBJECTIVE Optimization of extracting process of terpenoids in frankincense myrrh. METHODS UPLC TQ/MS technology was used to establish the determination method of 10 kinds of terpenoids in frankincense and myrrh;the orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process based on the results of single factor experiment on the extraction method,ethanol concentration,solid liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times. RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 12 times of 95% ethanol,refluxing and extracting for 2 h,totally extracting 2 times. The content of total terpenoids was 10.44%. CONCLUSION The extraction process optimized by orthogonal experiment is stable and feasible,which provide technical support for the further development and utilization.
