摘要
为实现在统一的指标体系指引下,用统一的标准、规则采集各医疗机构碎片化护理质量数据并进行整合利用,建立了国家护理质量数据平台。平台主要功能有数据采集、分析、反馈、管理及资源共享。平台应用后,截止2017年底,各类护理质量指标数据的年度填报完整率均超过98%;截止2018年11月,平台拥有用户1829家。针对平台存在的不足,建议探索平台技术升级,拓展平台功能,以期为医院、行业提供指导,为卫生行政部门制定政策提供数据支持,推动我国护理事业向前发展。
In order to realize the unified standard and rules of the unified index system,the National Database of Nursing Quality Data Platform was established by the unified standard and the rules.The main functions of the platform included the data collection,analysis,feedback,management and resource sharing.After the operation and application of the platform,the annual completion rate of all kinds of nursing quality indicators were more than 98%by the end of 2017.As of November 2018,the platform has 1829 users.Aiming at the limitations of the platform,the platform technology upgrade and platform function expanding were proposed to provide the objective guidance for the hospital and the industry,provide the policy theory basis for the ministry of health administration,and promote the development of nursing in China.
