摘要 针对车载制冷需求,为节能降耗,降低定频空调的用电冲击影响,满足特种车温度控制要求,设计了基于变频技术车载制冷系统,并在某车载平台中应用。变频制冷系统的应用,有效降低了启动瞬间对车载供电系统的冲击影响,提高了目标区域的制冷效率,温度控制精准且波动范围小,对车载环境的温度控制与调节设计具有重要意义。 With regards to requirement on vehicle-mounted refrigeration,to achieve better energy saving effect,reduce the impact of fixed frequency air-conditioners on the power supply system and satisfy the requirement on temperature control for special vehicles,this paper introduced a design scheme for the vehicle-mounted refrigeration system based on frequency conversion,which was applied on a vehicle-mounted platform.Application of the frequency conversion refrigeration system could reduce the impact on the vehicle-mounted power supply system at the instance of start-up and improve cooling efficiency in the target area,with an accurate temperature control and small fluctuation.The proposed system has great significance for the design of temperature control and regulation in vehicle-mounted environment.
