摘要
提出的基于有向拓扑-时间延时和容错机制的配电网故障定位方法,主要是通过安装在线路上的故障指示器检测到短路或接地故障,并把故障信息上传到主站系统,主站会结合终端安装位置和线路实际情况生成具有方向性的拓扑结构,并通过矩阵算法和时间延时方法来判断出故障位置,并且充分考虑了只有一只指示器上报故障、漏报和误报等容错机制,最终把故障位置发送给现场运维人员的过程。方法提高了最终判断结果的准确性,实现了快速定位及缩短了故障排查时间,达到了提高供电可靠性的目的。
This paper presented a fault location method for distribution networks based on directional topology-time delay and fault tolerance mechanism.The fault indicator installed on the electric wire could detect short circuit fault and grounding fault and send fault information to the master station system.According to the terminal installation position and line conditions,the master system could then generate a directional topological structure,and judge the fault position in the matrix algorithm and time delay method.Furthermore,widely applied fault-tolerant mechanism included failure reporting from only one indicator,missing report and wrong report.The fault position would be finally sent to field operation/maintenance staff.The proposed approach could improve the accuracy of final judgment,realize fast positioning,and shorten the time for trouble-shooting,thus accomplishing the purpose of strengthening power supply reliability.
