摘要
全球治理是当代全球政治研究中的最重要学术主题和话语,但学术界对全球治理的实践维度与理论研究仍然存在很大争论。本文撇开国际关系流派中全球治理理论论争,从全球治理的核心概念出发,对全球治理实践的观念逻辑、全球治理实践的空间层次、全球治理实践的功能和全球治理实践的结构四个维度进行系统分析,以期实现对全球治理这一重要主题实践维度的充分阐释。通过四个实践维度的探讨,本文指出了发展中国家特别是中国参与全球治理需要应对的四组权力关系挑战。
The global governance is the most important academic theme and discourse in contemporary global political research,but there is still much debate about the practical dimension and theoretical research of global governance in academic circles.This paper puts aside the debate on the theory of global governance in the school of international relations,starting from the core concept of global governance,makes a systematic analysis of the four dimensions of global governance practice:conceptual logic,spatial level of global governance practice,function of global governance practice and structure of global governance practice,in order to realize the full interpretation of global governance,an important theme practice dimension.Through the discussion of four practical dimensions,the paper points out the four groups of power relationship challenges that developing countries,especially China,need to deal with in participating in global governance.
