摘要
蒸汽管道在运行时受热膨胀产生应力,若设计不合理易引起管道变形、弯头焊缝开裂、支架破坏等。本文着重介绍了蒸汽管道的设计,包括选材、管径、强度计算,管道固定点的设置,自然补偿和管道补偿器的利用。最后采用详细应力分析法优化管系,确保蒸汽管线的安全运行。
Heat bilges cold shrink of a running steam pipeline in chemical industry causes pipeline stress.If the pipeline is designed unreasonably,it will cause pipeline deformation,elbow weld seam cracking,bracket damage,etc.The text focuses on the steam pipeline design,including material,diameter,strength calculation,fixed supports setting,nature compensation and compensator application,etc.At last,to ensure the safety of the pipeline,it optimizes the pipeline by using the detailed stress analysis method.
