摘要
近些年来,食品安全问题逐渐受到公众与政府的重视,对于食品安全问题需要以更高的标准去解决。本文以食品安全风险分析相关概念作为切入点,详细分析食品安全风险分析在食品质量管理中的作用,同时提出提高食品质量管理水平的有效措施,以建设良好的食品安全环境。
In recent years, food safety issues have gradually received the attention of the public and the government. People’s livelihood issues are big problems. Food safety issues have various manifestations and various causes. These food safety issues are China’s food quality management. A certain impact is caused, so the need to address food safety issues requires higher standards. This paper carries out the entry point from the concept of food safety risk analysis, analyzes the role of food safety risk analysis in food quality management, and then proposes effective measures to improve the quality of food quality management, and better build a good food safety environment.
