摘要
气瓶、罐车是一类流动性强、危险性大的特种设备,一旦发生事故将造成较大的经济损失和社会影响。针对气瓶、罐车等移动式特种设备充装、使用等关键环节安全管理需求,研究提出了基于传感器和物联网技术的动态监测系统技术解决方案,并在气瓶动态监测领域进行了应用,为保障设备使用安全提供技术支撑和参考。
Gas cylinders and tankers are special equipment with strong fluidity and high risk. Once an accident occurs, it will cause great economic losses and social impacts. Aiming at the safety management requirements of key links such as filling and usage, the dynamic monitoring system technology solution based on sensors and Internet of Things technology is proposed to realize the functions of filling control, liquid level monitoring and leak monitoring and so on. Through the above research, it will provide technical reference for ensuring the safety of special equipment.
