摘要
改革开放以来,高速的经济发展以及城市化进程使得大量位于城市市区内的工业建筑因产业调整或城市规划变迁而被弃置,成了无人问津的“工业遗存”。在绿色、低碳建筑概念火热的今天,将绿色建筑理论与技术应用到旧工业建筑的改造当中,能够有效解决当下改造实践中存在的能耗、舒适问题。在诸多绿色建筑技术中,被动式技术有着低技高效、经济性高等特点,是一种理想的选择。本文研究的主要内容是以宝钢大舞台改造为例,在旧工业建筑改造的各个重要环节上,如何利用被动式绿色建筑的理念与技术,结合旧工业建筑自身实际情况,在满足功能、艺术、文化等方面需求的前提下,有效地实现建筑节能、降低改造能源消耗以及生态环境的可持续发展。
With rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of old industrial buildings in urban areas have become“ abandoned” buildings due to factors such as industrial restructuring and urban reconstruction. In the context of green building boom and China’s vigorous promotion of“ low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection”, if the concept and technology of green building can be used in the transformation of old industrial buildings, it will help to solve the common problems in current transformation and reuse. Passive green building technology is economical and easy to operate. This paper takes Baogang grand stage reconstruction as an example, aims at the problems existed in the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings, uses the design concepts and technical methods of passive green buildings, and combines the space and form of the old industrial buildings, thus effectively realizing building energy-saving, reducing the energy-consumption during the renovation and realizing the sustainable development of the ecological environment while meeting the requirements of function, arts, culture and so on.
