摘要
基础医学研究生培养是我国医学研究生教育的重要组成部分,是我国培养具备医、教、研综合能力的高等医学人才的重要途径。结合当前我国基础医学研究生教育现状,适时引入转化医学的理念、思维和方法,探索以转化医学理念为核心的基础医学研究生培养模式,不仅能提高基础医学研究生发现科学问题以及处理科学问题的科研能力,同时还能积极培养实验成果转化思维和创新思维能力,培养符合社会需要的高素质复合型医学类人才。
The training of basic medical post graduate students' ability in scientific research is an important part of post graduate education and an important way for our country to train medical personnel with comprehensive capabilities in medicine,teaching and research.Considering the current situation of postgraduate education in basic medicine in China,we should introduce the concepts,thinking and methods of translational medicine in a timely manner,explore the basic medical postgraduate training mode with the concept of translational medicine as the core,and improve the science of basic medical graduate discovery.Following this way,not only the scientific research ability to deal with scientific problems would be developed,at the same time,the experimental results transform thinking and innovative thinking ability would be formed,and finally cultivate high-quality compound medical talents that meet the needs of the society.
